This is "Celengan provided to Invite Guests" in a traditional event held in Aceh. These piggy banks are prepared for invited guests who wish to contribute to the host hosting the ceremony, weddings and some traditional events held in a house of customary members, this practice is practiced almost throughout Aceh and has become a tradition in Aceh society today.
